Participant from overseas and who needs to apply "Japan Entry Visa" should be registered by May 31.
Payment by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club) is available via this website.

When the registration is not made within the due date will be changed to the poster presentation.

When the registration is not made within the due date poster presentations will be automatically canceled.
On-line registration will be applied only when you make payment in advance through credit card or bank transfer prior to the symposium.
On-site Registration:
You can register and make a payment (credit card or Japanese Yen cash) at the Conference Registration Desk.
If you make a payment at the Registration Desk, your registration choice will be categorized as "On-site".
On-site registration will be available from 15:00 on August 4, 2013 to 12:00 on August 9, 2013.
Note:
1) Only Japanese yen is accepted.
2) On-line registration and payment is preferred.
3) The name of the conference will not appear but our company name will in your credit card statement.
- Every presenter of oral presentation MUST REGISTER by May 10, 2013 to be included in the program. Otherwise your oral presentation will be automatically canceled and moved to poster presentation.
- Every presenter of poster presentation MUST REGISTER by June 30, 2013 to be included in the program. Otherwise your presentation will be automatically cancelled.
- If you register as a student, you must verify your status by sending a scanned copy of your student ID by E-mail to <s-conbention-5@or.knt-h.co.jp> or by FAX to <+81-11-280-2732> along with your registration number. Without this verification, you will be charged the "Regular Participant" fee.
- On-line Registration will be closed on June 30, 2013 at 24:00 JST (Japan Standard Time).
All the registrations after this date will be handled as "On-site".
