Welcome Reception

A Welcome Party for TOCAT5 participants will be held on the first night of the conference (7/23, Sunday) in the Horai Room located on the 4th floor. Please make yourself at home with something to eat and drink after registration. Please show your TOCAT5 name holder to the door attendant, who has card access to the hall.

Banquet

A banquet for TOCAT5 participants will be held on the last night of the conference (7/28, Friday) in the Fukuju-Togen Room. A seat at the banquet can be booked in advance via the registration process, or a seat can be purchased on the day at a cost of JPY 10,000. Please ask at the banquet registration desk for more information.
