Welcome party
Welcome reception on May 12th is free for ALL participants.Welcome reception is held at “Nexus” (the same room as“Registration Desk”) and will start at 5 pm.
Welcome reception is casual and it doesn’t include any official speech and ceremony.
*Welcome Party on May 12th and Coffee Break are free for General Participant and Student.
Banquet
Banquet is held at “Green Wind” on May 14th. and it will start at 6:30 pm.If you don’t have a ticket for Banquet, you can buy it at the Registration Desk. The fee (on-site) is 7,000 JPY.
